Global warming is the rise in temperature on Earth. Consequently, there is more extreme weather, such as wildfires, tornadoes, hurricanes, and tsunamis.

  • The main cause of global warming is burning coal, oil, and gas.

  • People produce a lot of carbon dioxide by driving cars, using electricity, and burning fossil fuels.

  • Ice at the poles, and glaciers are  melting faster and faster.

  • Sea levels are rising
