1. Do you have a sedentary lifestyle?
a) I am a definitely couchpoatato.
b) I am a sport junkie, I go to cross fit on a daily basis, I do jogging etc.
c) I work on my abs regularly
c) I work out every day, I do jumps , jumping jacks, squats, push ups, lunges, pull ups,
d) I am a gym freak , I have my card, I love threadmill and cross - trainer,
e) I don't care about sport, I am way too lazy , I am kind of a computer nerd.

2) Do you care about your diet ?
a) Yes, we are what we eat, so I care a lot
b) yes, I avoid eating carbs, sweets and junk food and I am a teetotaller.
c) I find sweets divinely indulgent and irresistable so I nibble on chocolate, chocolate bars,
d) I am addicted to chocolate, that is for sure,
e) I find junk food so delicious, but I know it is not nutritious at all.
f) I have a balanced diet, fruit , veggies, water, protein.
g) I am not familiar with all those buzz words, saturated , unsaturated. Is there really a difference ?
