§  EXW- EX works – od zakładu – the seller makes the goods available at his premises , the buyer is responsible for all charges

§  DAF – Delievered at frontier – dostarczone na granicę – by rail , and road, The seller pays for transportation . The buyer pays for transportation from the frontier to his factory.

§  DDP – Delivery duty paid – dostarczone cło opłacone

The seller pays all transportation costs and pays the duty

·       FCA – Free carrier- franco przewożnik

Franco- formuła handlowa , w której sprzedający wydaje towar kupującemu w miejscu przeznaczenia , pokrywając koszty jego pakowania , załadunk , oraz nadania do miejsca przeznaczenia . The seller hands over the goods  into the custody of the first carrier at the named place.

·       FAS- Free alongside Ship – Franco wzdłuż burty statku – The seller must place the goods alongside the ship. Maritime only. 

·       FOB- Free On Board- Franco statek

Seller must load the goods on board the ship. Maritime only. 

·       CFR- Cost and freight – koszt i fracht- seller must pay the costs and freight to bring the goods to the port of destination . Yet/ but when the goods reach the port the buyer is responsible. Maritime only .

·         CIF - Maritime only, just like CFR except (z wyjątkiem) that seller must procure/ get (zdobyć) and  pay for insurance for the buyer
