.Spraying graffitti is a crime. It is vandalism .Yet, for some it is art. If you don't destroy someone's property it is fine, if you destroy somemone's house or fence or wall  it should be punished.Ifyou have a permission you can spray, if you don't have any permission it is illegal, and it should be banned.
